About staying at a B&B |

What we are: we are a private residence that opens it’s doors to overnight guests. We provide a clean and cozy private room with access to a newly renovated bathroom with a heated floor. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and there is full access to the deck area, dining area and a sitting area. We do try to be as accommodating as possible. What we are not: we are not a hotel so there isn’t a clerk on duty 24 hours a day. From time to time we offer lunch and dinner services and most things can be arranged if you ask ahead. Just remember, we provide a service but we do other jobs too. Since this is a B&B we have a few guidelines for guests: |

· We have two cats in residence, so we don’t allow other animals. · We don’t allow unscheduled visits by children. It may be possible to book ahead so that we can arrange to have visitors who don’t mind children, but we are a small B&B so we try to keep it fairly quiet. If you need to bring children, please call for a reservation and ask. · Check in time is 5:00 pm but if we're home feel free to drop in to see if you can get in early or call ahead. · Check out time is 11:00 am. If you need to stay a little longer and we have no plans we can be flexible. · Single occupancy of the Queen size bed will be reserved for couples unless it's the last available. · No smoking in the house. We do have ashtrays out on the deck, so if it's summer you'll have somewhere to go. In the winter, well...brrrrr! |
